MI Apprentice Readiness Program (MiARP)

Trade the traditional CTE classroom for industry-driven training and hands-on experience. After 13 weeks of
instruction, students begin a paid work-based learning experience with one of our employer partners. This program will be accepting seniors from the following GCI programs: Electrical Wiring, Construction Trades, Welding, Medium Heavy Truck, and Mechatronics. MiARP is a semester-long experience designed to provide students with direct exposure to apprenticeship pathways, training centers, and skilled trades careers. Each semester, a new group of students will have the opportunity to participate. Partners are Fessler & Bowman, Niles Industrial Coatings, and Dee Cramer
