Students attend Mott Community College for coursework
Advanced studies in Early Childhood Education for second-year students continue college coursework in early childhood education through Mott Community College and earn their Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate upon program completion.
Participants in the Early Childhood Education program also can be placed in classrooms working with preschool children through a work-based learning opportunity.

Teacher Cadet Academy*

Work with education leaders to learn current educational strategies needed to jump-start your teaching career

The curriculum utilizes a hands-on approach to educate students on the requirements to become a successful teacher and enables students to put their knowledge to work through a classroom internship

Students participating in this program have the opportunity to enroll in the GCCTEEMC and complete a 13th year combining high school and college credits towards an associate or bachelor's degree program in education
