Drill Team

The Drill team performs US Army Drill and Ceremony. Cadets march in cadence and perform drill movements with precision. The cadets compete against other schools in both armed and unarmed drill at competitions.

Raider Team

The Raider team learns military skills and improves their physical fitness. The goal is to score well on the Army Physical Fitness Test and compete against other schools. Raiders are challenged with events such as road marches, obstacle courses and rope bridge events.

Equestrian Team

The Equestrian team learns the care and management of horses. They learn how to safely saddle and prepare a horse for riding. The cadets compete for riding certification.

Cadet Challenge Team

The cadet challenge is a 5-event fitness test, which measures the cadet’s anaerobic fitness, aerobic fitness, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. Cadet compete against other schools in competition.

JROTC Leadership and Academic Bowl

Cadets are tested and compete based on academic and JROTC leadership knowledge. The testing supports the SAT and ACT standards. 

Rifle Team

The members of the rifle team learn air rifle safety and marksmanship. They compete with 4.5 millimeter pellet air rifles at 10 meter targets. Rifle team members learn how to shoot in standing, prone, and kneeling positions.

Color Guard

The Color Guard is comprise of the best cadets from the drill team. These cadets carry the National Colors in competition. The Color Guard also posts the National colors at ceremonies, sporting events, and community activities.

Service Learning and Community Service

Cadets complete at least one service learning project each year, and have multiple opportunities to serve the community.
